Brighton Marathon
Hi,
In the spirit of all things Greek, I'm going to be running the Brighton marathon this year (April 10th which is why I'll not be attending the player event as also getting married the weekend after!). It's my first ever marathon and only the 2nd one Brighton has held.
I don't particularly like to badger people for charity but thought I'd post a link here just in case any one had a couple of quid they didn't know what to do with... like that's going to be the case... always new kit and shiny spears to buy
Anyway, I'm running for a local school for Autistic and Downs syndrome children, so if you feel like encouraging me to 26 miles of punishment you can donate here http://www.justgiving.com/friends2011
i'll let you know how i get on.... eeek

Well done, dude. I saw on the news that nearly half of the entrants didn't turn up - the unseasonably hot weather being blamed. Only the hardcore runners made it to the start line, let alone the finish.
Need to go out for a pre-NZ drink to celebrate.
